Returns and Refund Policy
Aarsee Official is committed to maintaining a long-lasting relationship with our customers by providing a NO QUESTIONS ASKED 5-DAY RETURN/REFUND POLICY.
We offer seamless exchanges and returns in case you don’t like the product. A return request must be made by call/ WhatsApp on +919354573595 or by submitting a return request in the "My Account" section of the website within 5 DAYS of DELIVERY of the order.
Please note the product must be UNUSED. Also, the product tags should be intact with their original packing; else, we will not be able to process your return/exchange.
After we receive the return, the product will go through a quality check. Please note that it takes 7-10 days for us to receive the returned product.
In case of return ,the online amount paid will be refunded to your bank account. In case of Cash on Delivery Returns/Exchanges are eligible for store credits only.
Kindly note that only the amount of product is eligible for refund. Other fees like gift wrap charges, shipping charges, cash on delivery charges, custom duty etc are non-refundable.
Cancellation
Orders cancellations will be accepted only if conveyed before they are shipped. If you cancel a prepaid order, it may take 2–5 working days for the refund to appear in your account after cancellation.
Custom Orders
At Aarsee Official, we strive to provide an excellent experience for all our customers. However, custom orders are made to your specifications and cannot be sold to anyone else, making refunds and exchanges less feasible. If an item is broken or defective, we will replace it at no cost. Please email us at [info@aarseeofficial.com] from the email you used to place the order. Refunds and exchanges are available only once per order. We will dispatch your exchange package from our warehouse after the return shipment has been picked up from your location.
